Hope everyone had a great day! I went for a late Sunday lunch at Lorong 5 Toa Payoh Food Centre today. The food centre wasn't too crowded since we arrived at around 2:45 PM, which is well after the usual lunch peak hour. Here is a shot of the quiet rows of food stalls, with many already closed for the day, but a few fruit juice and Nasi Lemak stalls were still open. 希望大家度过了美好的一天！星期天，我去大巴窑5巷熟食中心吃了一顿迟来的星期天午餐。因为我们在下午2点45分左右到达，早已过了平时的午餐高峰时间，所以熟食中心人不是很多。这是一张拍向一排排安静摊位的照片，许多摊位已经打烊了，但仍有几家果汁和椰浆饭摊位在营业。

I decided to buy from this stall called "He Jia Huan Ban Mian • Mee Hoon Kway" (合家欢板麵・麵粉粿). There was only one guy ahead of me in the queue, so the wait was really short. 我决定在这家“合家欢板麵・麵粉粿”摊位买吃的。排在我前面的只有一个人，所以没等多久就买到了。
We ordered two bowls of noodles for a total cost of just $10, which is reasonable nowadays! One was a dry Ban Mian with dark sauce and a dollop of chili, and the other was a comforting soup version of yee mian with veggies, egg, and crispy anchovies on top. The chili sauce was really spicy and packed a nice punch. 我们点了两碗面，总共才花了10元，在现在这个物价来说算不错！一碗是配有黑酱油和一勺辣椒的干捞板面，另一碗是加了蔬菜、鸡蛋和香脆江鱼仔的清汤伊面。他们的辣椒酱真的很辣，吃起来非常过瘾。
