My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2026

Hello friends! This is my Actifit report for this Friday 4 September 2026. We had a sunny day, even though at morning it was a bit cloudy. No rain today. As had suggestions for additional exercises, then I not only run, I did some callisthenics. And I took a rest for my running today.
It’s 11:30 pm. I am feeling my eyes to close. Then, that’s all folks!!
