Remote Neural Monitoring

I had not heard of remote neural monitoring (RNM) – an oddity, I think, given My time spent back in the day on AboveTopSecret dot com (I was a silver contributor for a fair while, but booted because I started sharing My work), where many top secret technologies came to the fore – sad to find out that site was actually run by the CIA, and that it eventually petered out.
The other day I ran into a video from 9 years ago, in a search for RNM prompted by an X-twat discussed below, that discusses patents for RNM, and the application of the technology. I link that video here, and apologize that it’s on YouToilet – a ghastly site overall, that I tend to avoid, preferring Odysee.

I was made aware of RNM from an X-twat I got in response to the My Targeted Individual Story article that I posted a link to there on X-twatter. The One who X-twatted Me, I give good probability, was a plant (highest probability given what I offer about that X-twat below) or a grifter, aiming to get an in to Me, offering to help with the situation of being targeted.
The One who sent it said that He had worked for an intelligence agency, and had transferred to another governmental post. I replied that I have no money to pay Him with and got no contact back, though I received notice that He hearted My comment – later the heart notice vanished.
In the X-twat was mentioned gang stalking, RNM, and other things targeted Individuals endure. I was unfamiliar with RNM, and so I did the search.
Interestingly, today, when I went to get the list of things mentioned from that X-twat, it had changed. He now just says he is “a cybersecurity and data analysis professional specializing in digital privacy, device security, and supporting individuals who suspect targeted harassment or surveillance.” There is no list and no mention of having worked for the governmafia, just a suggestion I contact Him.
All pretty fishy, eh? Did They read My mind…?
Back to RNM. I would never have known to search for it if I had not seen it mentioned in that initial X-twat. But what I found out made Me all the more aware of what is going on with Me. Recently, I have been experiencing feelings, ones I had not experienced for 65+ years, from the time between when I was two to five and being taken by the man who married My mother’s sister to satanic ritual abuse sessions (see Our Children Are Not Kids, linked below).
Why, I though, after all these decades, were these familiar feelings entering My awareness?
And after looking at what all RNM is, and can do, I have to give high probability I am being targeted with RNM. There are other clues, such as the struggle I have been up against in getting to writing this article. Normally, I have no issues getting to writing, except the fatigue I am feeling daily lately. But the struggle to write this went beyond that.

One of the many governmafia messes that the moneyed psychopaths in control on Our planet (by virtue of money) have set up against Humanity, in the USA, specifically. They’re able to pay People to do this dirty work, and that They do knowingly pay for it puts Them beneath the beasts along with the Ones They pay.
From a site that is highly suspicious for speaking of RNM in glowing terms (https://www.mind-control.net/remote-neural-monitoring), I offer a few of the things that it says RNM can do – bear in mind that any beneficial aspects can be applied in reverse:

That last one… It suggests that They can manipulate the mind. Everything is electromagnetic, and surely Our brain function, Our thoughts. So… They can manipulate what We’re thinking about.
I am certain I am not the only targeted One out here – plenty Others have strong evidence that They, too, are targeted. And I ponder whether any targeting of this sort could happen on a widespread basis if We were not enslaved to accounting for Our energy added into a system so We can afford to live on Our planet.
When We all are living as richly as We choose, under the three Laws of Ethics, who would be able to use this technology on so many of Us? They would have to do it Themselves – can’t pay agencies worth of Individuals to do these unEthical things – and if caught doing it, Ethical consequences will be delivered.
Without that tool called “money,” no One has the power to do such unEthical things to Us.
This is just one more reason I aim to obsolete the practice of accounting or Our energy added. Irrespective of the form, when One has far more than most, One can pay Others to do dirty work. To spy on Others, to manipulate Others. To get Others to do any unEthical things They want done.
And if Humanity did not have psychopaths amongst Us, if We all were Ethical, money would be far less problematic. But psychopaths, willing to do any unEthical thing to get the most money for the power over Others it offers – defrauding, stealing, sabotaging, torturing, and killing – will be promoted to the top.
And so… We are the moneyed psychopaths’ slaves and servants towards unEthical things.
And given the foundational function of money, and that those psychopaths hide free energy technologies which would obsolete Their power tool – and as I say often, I personally know of one such technology (see Electrogravitics – My Knowledge of Free Energy, linked below) – We can obsolete that tool and free Humanity to Our rightful wealth here on Our planet.
Please share this and encourage Any with the wherewithal to experiment with free energy (I give a foundation in My Electrogravitics article) and share successes without filing for a patent. That alerts those moneyed psychopaths in control on Our planet (by virtue of money), and They will “handle” things.

My father taught Me never to believe anything. He told Me to place probabilities and adjust them as new data come along, asking the question, "Does that explain what I see?," when evaluating data. He was an aerospace engineer, and worked with T Townsend Brown (see My featured vid on Odysee or YouToilet). From a very early age I was concerned that the way I was told things worked, in terms of government and social affairs, did not explain what I saw. So the first few decades I worked to determine WHY this was.
I wound up in banking, seeing the flow of things in the headquarters of a major bank in Los Angeles. I became intimately familiar with the flow of money, and economics. I asked the question, "Why do We use money?"
When the web arrived, My research capabilities flourished, and I learned much that explained what I saw, but the only explanations I found for why We use money started with trade and barter, which are still money in a direct form, and did not answer the WHY. Then, I came upon the explanation that these were used because, with a finite amount of stuff, it was to ensure that We got Our "fair share" in a scarcity environment, in exchange for the work We added.
From this I realized the WHY. We were accounting for Our energy input into things. And that We needed to do this because the Human energy was scarce compared to what We needed to be produced (back then).
I also discovered that over half Our planet's wealth was "owned" by fewer than 100 Humans...
I was very interested in psychology, too. And studied it deeply, being fascinated by psychopathy, focusing on that aberration, learning that They had discovered a “gene” (an energetic arrangement) that manifested Individuals who were incapable of love, compassion, caring, and empathy for Others – primary psychopaths. Seeing that the wealth was so disproportionate, and that the families who "owned" it inbred, what would explain what I saw would be that They wanted to retain that psychopathic "gene." Given that the wealth could feed, clothe, house ALL of Us (and give Us freedom) abundantly and many times over, and yet None set forth to care for Humanity, I had to give probability approaching 100% that They are psychopaths, as that explains perfectly what I see, and answers My quest for why the way I was told things worked did not explain what I saw.
And I asked... If I was a psychopath, with enough wealth to buy anything and anyOne I wanted to, and given that money = power (power over Others is something psychopaths seek), would I be motivated to create a false "reality" for the masses and thereby manipulate Them? I think You can figure out what answer I came up with. And would that explain what I see? Absolutely.
Now, given that money is merely the accounting token used to account for Our Human energy, it would follow that free energy would threaten fully the accounting for Our energy. If I was a psychopath, with enough money to buy sites like Wikipedia, the media, the education system, etc., would I do all I could to suppress and hide free energy?
And given I personally know that electrogravitics offers both gravity control and energy from the aether (the electromagnetic field that pervades the universe), and that it went into black projects, such efforts to hide and suppress would explain what I see completely.
So I am neither a "conspiracy theorist," nor am I a "conspiritard," but rather... I am a conspiracy analyst. And given this analysis, knowing that conspiracies are the NORM in history and that they didn't just stop some years back, I conclude that conspiracies abound. That explains perfectly what I see.
