Hello friends of La Colmena, it's a pleasure to greet you. Today I want to share with you a little bit of self-care that fills me with so much positive energy: my recent nail design change. Sometimes we get so caught up in our daily routines and responsibilities that we forget how rewarding it is to take a moment to pamper ourselves. Last time I had my nails done by another manicurist, and I wasn't happy with the result. It wasn't delicate or careful; it wasn't a good result, so I went back to my own manicurist. Hola amigos de La Colmena, es un placer saludarles.Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño espacio de autocuidado que me llena de muchísima energía positiva: mi reciente cambio de diseño en las uñas. A veces nos envolvemos tanto en la rutina diaria y las responsabilidades que olvidamos lo gratificante que es tomarse un momento para mimarnos y consentirnos. la vez pasada me las realice con otra manicurista mi el resultado no me agrado , no fue delicido ni cuidadoso, no fue un buen resultado volvi a mi manicura
The first thing I did was remove the old polish, then I cleaned and filed my cuticles. I had press-on nails applied because four of mine broke, and I had a gel polish applied. This time, I wanted to take a chance on something soft, fresh, and bright. I chose a pastel yellow almond shape, adding a delicate French manicure detail on my ring finger for a sophisticated and romantic touch. I feel that yellow conveys a super cheerful, warm, and optimistic vibe, ideal for renewing my intentions and feeling refreshed every day. For me, maintaining these kinds of details isn't just about the visual appearance, but also about the boost to self-esteem and the mental break we give ourselves during the process. Seeing our hands done while we work or do our chores reminds us of the value of dedicating time to ourselves. lo prinero que realizo fue retirame el material, luego limpio cuticulas ,las limo me puso unas uñas postizas porque se me revento 4 , me aplicaron ruber en esta ocasión quise arriesgarme con algo suave, fresco y con mucha luz. Elegí un tono amarillo pastel enformaalmendrada,intercalando un delicado detalle estilo francés en el dedo anular para darle un toque sofisticado y romántico a la vez. Siento que el amarillo transmite una vibra súper alegre, cálida y optimista, ideal para renovar intenciones y sentirse renovada en el día a día.Para mí, mantener este tipo de detalles no se trata solo de la apariencia visual, sino del impulso de autoestima y la pausita mental que nos regalamos durante el proceso. Ver nuestras manos arregladas mientras trabajamos o realizamos nuestras tareas nos recuerda el valor de dedicar tiempo para nosotras mismas.
