Commitment to Games I play and Fishing Shack Update

Recently I've come to an understanding of why I haven't been satisfied with my current lineup of games...
It's because I haven't actually invested the time to experience them. I've just rushed to the part I want to play.
Nothing wrong with that per-se but for some of these games it leaves a certain missing element... mainly actual knowledge on how to play the game properly.
In LOTRO, I've had to be absent for the last month or so due to IRL things but when I came back ready to fill the fishing shack, I am unable to actually enter the house because I haven't paid my mortgage.
Okay, well no problem how much is it...
Taken last month
Oh... and how much do I have?
Oh okay! Perfect. I bought a house and after a month am already locked out of it and am unable to actually pay the full (In-game) amount. Perfect! Well, fortunately I have a level 150 character. Let me go to a level appropriate zone and do quests over there.
Where is a level appropriate zone? How do I get there? Well, this is going to take some time to get from HERE (Bree)

I could take a house teleport but it was all these shortcuts that got me in this situation in the first place.
No, this time I'm going to walk! (Well, Ride on the horse). Anyway on my trip I did manage to capture some cool gaming photography sceneries!
Anyway, until I scrounge up enough gold to pay off this debt and regain access, the fishing shack in LOTRO will be put on hold for a bit.

Throne and liberty:
I'd rather be fishing but I want an aquarium in my house and that requires actually leveling the skill and gathering materials.
No problem, I'll just gather en-route to fishing locations. Easy.
I manage to understand what to look for when gathering for higher quality materials. The tree shines and shimmers a certain color when it has better than normal materials.
Cool! Though now I have to return to a major town every so often to fill out the crafting orders and wait a certain period of time to claim the lumber/ingots before I craft them into stuff.
Gotta get the aesthetics right!
It's fun though now that I have this realization that I have to actually spend time playing the game to be satisfied with what I want to get and show off to others.

Of course, [Amazon had just announced](https://www.pcgamesn.com/throne-and-liberty/amazon-transfer-nc) that they are ditching Throne and Liberty, who could've foreseen that after what happened with New World, but hopefully this game sticks around with the new company maintaining it.
If Throne & Liberty gets shut down too then it's back to less current games.

Stardew Valley
Again, haven't had time but I just gotta stick my nose to the grindstone and achieve enough money for atleast a tier 2 house so I have room to decorate and hang out.
Thankfully the game gave me a fish smoker to start off my 'farm' so any fish I catch can sell for more than normal.
It is nice having a game that is steady and patient despite my hurry to get a fishing shack and fish.
it's silly but something I have to work on.
Just like the fishing shacks across these games.

That's where I am currently. Not much progress but something is better than nothing! And now that I have this realization and understanding that I have to care and 'invest' in the games I am participating in, I will do better to uphold standards for myself.
