We talked this week about responsibilities in relationships. The community debated the role of each gender in a relationship, and we concluded that both have the same duties, which should be split equally. This is also concluded in childcare responsibilities; both parents should be responsible for their kids in the same way. The community opened their hearts to share their experiences, including those with their parents.

Work is important, be it professional work/providing services or even house chores. We work and indeed, we need to work. No one is encouraged to be idle as that shows a sign of irresponsibility.
But then, do we take rest seriously? Do we consider it as much as we should? Do we even do that at all, since most of the talk is about work, with little talk about rest?
- What do you think about the work-rest relationship? - If rest is very important, should it be given more consideration than work? - What are some of the ways one can rest? And what ways do you personally employ for your rest? - Should rest be something daily, or periodic, like monthly, annually and so on? - Do you think good rest plays a role in better efficiency at work?
