Hello everyone! For this project, I’m once again using an ASCII Art approach, similar to my previous work. I’m still fascinated by how an image can be constructed from a collection of characters, dots, and simple textures.
However, this time I wanted to take the approach in a slightly different direction. I experimented with combining ASCII Art with Typography to create a more experimental composition.
For this artwork, I chose a bird as the main subject. I wanted to keep its appearance simple while still giving it a mysterious and emotional feeling. The ASCII texture creates the impression of a digital image slowly forming from a collection of dots and characters.
I then added several small pieces of text around the subject, almost like fragments of information surrounding the main figure. By combining these elements, I tried to create a visual that feels like a blend of digital, minimal, and slightly surreal aesthetics.
This piece is also an experiment in exploring how ASCII Art can be developed further when combined with typography and poster-like composition.
