Season 186 - Splinterlands Season Report

📖 Introduction Wow... it's already been a few days since the season ended and I still hadn't written my end of season report.
Things have been pretty hectic in Splinterlands lately. I've been playing Frontier on three different accounts, getting all 250 Survival battles done while, testing the new Modern Brackets system. I focused on Bracket III, where we had a fun little challenge with @ourfadedglory , @doombot75 , and a few others to see who could finish the highest.
Let's just say... I didn't win. 😄
To be fair, I also spent a lot of time building while playing. Programming new features while trying to keep up with battles isn't exactly the fastest way to climb the rankings. Maybe if I had focused only on playing the result would have been different... although probably not. 🤣
Besides grinding battles, this season also brought some major updates to my tools. The Spl Stats site received the new Buy Missing CC feature to help players prepare for the Modern Brackets, while the Land Manager expanded with the ability to buy, stake, and manage plots directly from the application. It's been a busy but very rewarding development cycle.
Now it's finally time for a short break. I have a few weeks of holiday ahead, so development will slow down a bit since I'm away from my development PC. To make things even more interesting, I've also burned through my AI token budget for this month, so even AI assistance is taking a little vacation. 😅 I'll still try to squeeze in my battles whenever I can.
Before jumping into the numbers, I also want to give a small shoutout to the Splinterlands team. I'm really enjoying the "new" End of Season rewards and progression. It feels like a great step forward.
And of course, we'll also take a look at my Beaker earnings for the season.
