A storm knocked down trees across several hectares here, and now it's bone dry — the nearest water is far away. So I lined a hollow under an uprooted tree with pool liner and carried water in by backpack. Birds are already visiting; I'll put together a compilation later. Even a roe deer came to drink, and a young robin drank boldly right next to it — until he twitched his head and she flew off.🦌🐦💧
