Today i will share to you may newly discovered flower in my neighbor's backyard.. this is the first time I saw this kind of flower..i seen different kinds of Lilly's but this one is new to my eyes..
I went to my neighbor's house to ask for some moringa (malunggay) because ours fell down due to the strong winds last week. Luckily, they agreed right away. That's just how we are as neighbors—we share with each other. My neighbor immediately told me to just go to their backyard where the moringa tree is located.
While I was picking moringa leaves, I noticed a strange flower near the base of the moringa tree. It looked a bit withered to me, but its appearance was unusual. Once I got enough of what I needed, I went back and asked our neighbor if they knew what kind of flower was under the moringa tree, and they said they didn't know its name either and that it just grew in their yard. So, I decided to go back and take a picture of it.

It turns out this flower is actually a type of lily, according to another neighbor I asked. It's called a Spider Lily because its petals look like long spider legs. And the leaves grows long and swords shaped like others lillys. The habitat of this plants is it can thrives in warm, tropical climates and can also handle damp soil or coastal conditions very well..
