Band Maid es una banda de rock japonesa originaria de la ciudad de Tokio, formada en el año 2013. El grupo está integrado por Saiki Atsumi (vocalista), Miku Kobato (vocalista y guitarra), Kanami Tono (guitarra), Akane Hirose (batería) y Misa (bajo).
El grupo combina una imagen potente de rock y heavy metal con la estética de las camareras o maids de los maid café , locales muy populares en Japón. Esta apariencia responde a la visión de la fundadora, Miku Kobato, quien trabajó como camarera en un café del barrio de Akihabara. Por eso, en sus conciertos llaman a sus seguidores masculinos "amos" y sus seguidoras femeninas "princesas", términos propios de la jerga de las camareras de estos establecimientos.
