Hello friends, congratulations on the sixth anniversary of this wonderful #LadiesofHive community, where I received such a warm welcome right from the moment I joined the platform, and I’m delighted that we can share our stories together.
In this week’s edition, which invites us to reflect on the questions posed by our dear @elizabethbit, here is my contribution:
1. If you had the time and could take an educational course on any subject, what would you study and how would you use the knowledge you gained?
If I were to take an educational course, I would choose one on entrepreneurship, as, together with innovation, these are the ideal means for creating value and transforming the reality we live in my country. I believe that online learning is a very important resource for those of us who want to keep our knowledge up to date.

1. Si tuvieras tiempo y pudieras realizar un curso educativo sobre cualquier tema, ¿qué estudiarías y cómo utilizarías los conocimientos adquiridos?
Con la idea de tomar un curso educativo, elegiría el de Emprendimiento, ya que junto a la innovación, son los medios ideales para la creación de valor y la transformación de la realidad que vivimos en mi país, pues creo que la educación virtual es una fuente muy importante para quienes queremos seguir actualizando nuestros conocimientos.
Entrepreneurship is presented as a means of learning
When I set out to conduct my research, I started from the premise that entrepreneurship is presented as a means of learning, the aim of which is to provide participants with the basic tools on various topics, enabling them to foster an entrepreneurial culture within themselves and stimulating their curiosity to further promote a creative spirit.
Specifically, the main objectives would be to conceptualise the innovation process, understand current innovation trends, identify the main ways of innovating in a business or social enterprise, and learn about some tools for generating new ideas.
El emprendimiento se presenta como un medio de formación
Cuando me puse a la tarea de investigar, partiendo de la premisa que el emprendimiento se presenta como un medio de formación, que tiene como finalidad brindar al participante las herramientas básicas sobre las distintas temáticas, que le permitan fomentar en él la cultura emprendedora, estimula su curiosidad para promover además el espíritu creador.
En concreto, los objetivos principales serían conceptualizar el proceso innovador, conocer las tendencias de innovaciones actuales, así como identificar las principales formas de innovar en un negocio o emprendimiento social y conocer algunas herramientas para la creación de ideas nuevas.
Applying this knowledge
In particular, I would apply this knowledge to my account on an online sales website, which I continue to keep active and which has now earned me a high reputation rating, as I have always sought to invest and sell products; initially I did so through catalogues, and although some people think it’s not much, in the end it all adds up; Similarly, it has also helped me with Hive; in other words, it really is possible – you just have to have faith in our Creator and feel self-worth and self-confidence.
These days, I’m moving forward, with my ups and downs; it has been a challenge for me to achieve my goals and carry out my projects, whilst remaining determined to always seek out new things in my life, striving to change or transform them so that I can improve every day, both professionally and personally, and so that I can help others.
Aplicar estos conocimientos
En particular, aplicaría estos conocimientos para mi cuenta que tengo en una página por Internet de ventas online, la cual continúo manteniendo activa y me ha otorgado actualmente el nivel de reputación alto, pues siempre he buscado tener una inversión, vender productos, en principio lo hacía por catálogos y aunque algunas personas piensan que es poco, pero al final todo suma; de igual manera, también me ayudo con Hive, es decir, que entonces sí se puede, solamente hay que tener fe en nuestro creador, sentir valor y confianza en una misma.
Hoy día voy para delante con altas y bajas, ha sido un reto para mí con la finalidad de lograr mis metas y proyectos, con la decisión de buscar siempre cosas nuevas en mi vida, al buscar de cambiar o transformarlas y que me permitan mejorar cada día, tanto en el ámbito profesional como personal y que sea en beneficio de poder ayudara otras personas.
2. What is your favourite colour? Describe how it makes you feel when you see it or are near it
I believe that colours are not only pleasing to the eye, but also have a huge impact on our well-being, as they catch our attention and have a stimulating or relaxing effect.I love wearing a variety of colours in my outfits.
The symbolism of colours has a long tradition in human history. Colours have always been used to demonstrate power or to express emotions. Various studies clearly demonstrate this in relation to the psychology of the colour green, which is the colour I particularly like because of its meaning and what it conveys to me.
2.¿Cuál es tu color favorito? Describe cómo te hace sentir cuando lo ves o estás cerca de él
Creo que los colores no solo son bonitos a la vista, además de que tienen un enorme efecto en nuestro bienestar, pues ellos llaman nuestra atención y tienen un efecto estimulante o relajante. Me encanta usar variedad de colores en mi vestimenta.
El símbolo de los colores tiene una larga tradición en la historia de la humanidad. Los colores siempre se han utilizado para demostrar poder o para expresar emociones. Diversos estudios lo demuestran claramente sobre la psicología del color verde, que es el color que en particular me gusta por su significado y lo que me transmite.
Green is the colour of hope
Green is the colour of hope and of life in bloom. In nature, this colour can be found practically everywhere: fresh leaves, meadows and bushes are all green. Green is also the colour of fertility. For this reason, in advertising, it is often used to convey health, freshness and respect for the environment.
So in my everyday personal life, too, I can harness the power of colours in many ways. I love green because it represents dignity, independence and authority. But safety is also symbolised by the colour green. That is why traffic lights turn green. Emergency exits are also marked in green.
El verde es el color de la esperanza
El verde es el color de la esperanza y de la vida en flor. En la naturaleza, este color se encuentra prácticamente en todas partes: hojas frescas, prados y arbustos son todos verdes. El verde también es el color de la fertilidad. Por ello, en publicidad, se utiliza a menudo para expresar salud, frescura y respeto al medio ambiente.
Entonces también en mi vida personal cotidiana puedo utilizar el poder de los colores de muchas maneras. Me encanta el verde porque representa dignidad, autonomía y autoridad. Pero la seguridad también se simboliza con el color verde. Por esta razón, el semáforo se pone verde. Las salidas de emergencia también están señalizadas con el color verde.
I believe that green can symbolise dignity, as it is synonymous with integrity; it is about learning to feel worthy of the finest colours of life, of God’s blessings, of the universe’s potential and, above all, of my own self-respect, my autonomy and authority, as well as being a symbol of health and hope.
I firmly believe in turning to prayer to ask God for the strength I need when tiredness or doubt threaten to hold me back, to enable me to be a beacon in my work, to support my loved ones and to build with honesty.

Creo que el verde puede simbolizar dignidad, pues es sinónimo de integridad, es aprender a sentirme merecedora de los mejores colores de la vida, de las bendiciones de Dios, de las potencialidades del universo y por sobre todo de mi propio respeto personal, de mi autonomía y autoridad, además de ser distintivos de salud y esperanza.
Creo firmemente en el recurso de la oración para pedir a Dios la fortaleza que necesito cuando el cansancio o la duda quieran detener mis pasos, permitirme ser luz en mi trabajo, sostener a los míos y construir con honestidad.
