Description from Strava: It has been a long 9 hour work day from myself and it certainly does impact with trying to fit in time to cook/eat, spend time on hive and of course fit in the gym and hobbies.

I decided as I haven't been to the gym in 3 days due to work it was time to go and I went in feeling good I had a great day with my food prep consuming Alot of watermelon, yougart and some lean meat.

I started off running at some serious pace more than my useral the plan was to achieve 3.1 miles for my 5K however after 0.60 miles I began feeling a sharp pain in my abdomen known as a "stitch"

Unfortunately no matter what I did I couldn't shake the issue and it ultimately ruined my run and I reduced my pace to a speed walking pace and ultimately after 2 miles I just gave up and couldn't go on any longer.

Overall a disappointment during this workout but I guess the positive is I got the miles in and got in some exercise that will certainly keep my PAI up over 100
