EXISTEN MOMENTOS QUE DECEAMOS DEGUSTAR

UNA COMIDA NO TAN DIFERRENTE, SIENDO LA

MISMA MAS BIEN MUY TRADICIONAL, LA CUAL

CONSISTE EN CARNE DE RES, COSTILLA, LA

CUAL LA COCINE EN EL HORNO, MUY DESPACIO

Y TAMBIEN UN POCO DE POLLO.

A MEAL NOT SO DIFFERENT, BEING THE

THE SAME, RATHER VERY TRADITIONAL, WHICH

IT CONSISTS OF BEEF, RIBS, THE

WHICH I COOKED IN THE OVEN, VERY SLOWLY

And also a little bit of chicken.

Luego de haber comensado la semana, teniendo en cuenta que el fin de semana no hubo juntada familiar, por la tradicion de degustar el dia domingo de un bueno y sabroso asado con la familia, siempre encontramos el dia y la hora para hacerlo.

Con esto quiero decirles que degustar la carne roja o sea carne de res, mas cuando la misma se trata de costilla y poder cocinarla al horno de manera muy lenta, porque la verdad estubo en el mismo unas 2 horas y muy bien condimentada, la cual una ves cocinada quedo como la vemos en esta fotografia.

Bueno tambien junto a la costilla cocinada agregamos la carne de pollo, que tambien se cocino muy bien, mientras pasaba todo esto en el horno electrico, ya se preparaba la ensalada la cual consiste en frigoles bien cocinado, con curcuma, tomate y huevo todo cortado en trozos bien pequeños, tambien un poco de cebolla de verdeo, condimentado con sal a gusto y mayonesa.

Tambien para reemplazar en este caso al pan, que mejor en hacerlo con mandioca o yuca, por supuesto estando la misma bien cocinada queda como la vemos, bien blanda y sabrosa.

Es muy bueno de ves en cuando gozar un poco de la comodidad con esto quiero decirles, que si cocinamos un asado de esta manera o sea al horno, no efectuamos y tampoco encendemos el fuego para que se formen las brasas jajaja.
