The Worst Advice That Changed My Life for Good or Bad
Every piece of advice is good; it all depends on the angle from which one sees it. Even advice that seems bad could turn out to be something that changed a person's life, either for good or for bad. Lol. Which weird piece of advice has changed your life?
Need some ideas?
- Have you ever decided to quit your career to pursue your passion, only for it to backfire? Or perhaps it worked out for you and is still working right now? A typical example is quitting a well-paying job to go into teaching simply because you have a passion for it.
- Have you ever decided to be completely honest on your first date and ended up telling the person that their laugh sounded like a broken printer, only for the relationship to end the very next day?
- Has there ever been a season in your life when you decided to follow the advice that "successful people don't sleep more than two hours a day"? You switched to that lifestyle and, yes, it changed your routine, but it also left you looking sickly.
