Hola a todos. Espero que se sientan muy bien el día de hoy. Por aquí vengo de nuevo a presentarles una creación reciente. Resulta que la abuela paterna de mis hijos me pidió que le hiciera un estuche para ella colgar el teléfono 📱 cuando sale. Me lo pidió con características específicas, pero la referencia que me dió fue de uno que yo tejí hace un año con hilos importados. Le expliqué que de esos hilos ya no tengo y entendió que se lo iba a hacer, pero con otros hilos. Así que puse manos a la obra y en un día se lo hice.

It turns out that my children's paternal grandmother asked me to make her a case to hang her phone 📱 when she goes out. She asked me for specific features, but the reference she gave me was one I knitted a year ago with imported yarn. I explained that I no longer had that yarn, and she understood that I would make it for her, but with different yarn. So I got to work and made it for her in one day.
Ese día que lo tejí estaba mi mamá aquí. Ella trajo el bandolero que mi hermana @linita le tejió, me sentí motivada y empecé a tejer. Mi mamá está por primera usando un teléfono 📱 celular. Vino para que la enseñe a usar algunas aplicaciones y a grabar y subir videos para tiktok. A ella le encanta recitar y quiere hacer su cuenta para eso. Así que mientras ella iba practicando algunas cosas yo iba dándole vueltas al tejido. Además las dos le echabamos un ojito a mi hijo 😉 quien aún sigue muy limitado por su enfermedad.

So while she was practicing some things, I was working on my knitting. We were also both keeping an eye on my son, who is still very limited by his illness.
Estos hilos los mandé a comprar por mercado libre, todavía sigue siendo más económico pedirlos por ahí. Mi intención era utilizarlos todos en la elaboración de accesorios tejidos para niñas, pero en vista de que no tengo otros hilos para tejer el bandolero agarré un ovillo de los negros combinados con plateado. Es una hebra muy delgada acrílica de color plateado que le da ese brillo que pueden apreciar. El bandolero se teje desde una cadena del ancho que queramos resulte el bandolero, se teje un aumento en los extremos de la primera vuelta de puntos altos y luego se sube con solo puntos altos hasta lograr el alto deseado. Las tres últimas vueltas se tejen con puntos bajos. Con el mismo hilo y el mismo punto tejí el cordón para colgar. Quise hacerlo ajustable y por eso le coloqué de estas hebillas, no sé como se llaman, me disculpo por eso.

My intention was to use them all to make knitted accessories for girls, but since I don't have any other yarns to knit the shoulder bag, I grabbed a ball of black yarn combined with silver. It's a very thin silver acrylic thread that gives it that shine you can see. The shoulder bag is knitted from a chain of the desired width. An increase is knitted at the ends of the first row of double crochet stitches, and then only double crochet stitches are used until the desired height is achieved. The last three rows are knitted with single crochet stitches. I crocheted the hanging cord using the same yarn and the same stitch. I wanted to make it adjustable, so I added these buckles. I don't know what they're called, so I apologize for that.
Todos los días son buenos para tejer. A pesar de que ahora aparte de madre y ama de casa también soy cuidadora, siempre busco un espacio para hacer las manualidades. Mi hijo me necesita las 24 horas del día. Cuando él duerme o se entretiene con sus consolas de juego yo aprovecho para tejer 🧶 un rato. A veces suspendo la labor para ir atenderlo y luego retomo. Mi sitio de tejido cambió, ahora en vez de tejer en la cama lo hago en el sofá. Mi sofá está ubicado en una posición desde la cual puedo ver a mi hijo cuando está en el cuarto. Estoy muy agradecida con #hive porque siento que lo que hago es valorado, eso me motiva a seguir tejiendo, para desestresarme, relajarme, hacer algo diferente y para compartirles 😌 Además las recompensas que recibo me son muy útiles ya que tanto mi hijo como yo estamos necesitando medicamentos y debemos mejorar la alimentación.
