Marrying after the death of a spouse, is it allowed by the bible?

The bond that exists in marriage is only valid while the two persons involved are still breathing. The moment either of them is deceived the person alive is relieved of that bond. There is no area in the Bible where we are told not to remarry after the death of the wife or husband. If the partner of the deceased decides that he or she does not want to remarry then it is not out of place. But if peradventure they feel the need to remarry then there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It is not considered as sin. God wouldn't hold it against such a fellow if he or she decides to make that choice. Death of a spouse is quite an unfortunate incident, but it shouldn't prevent or deny the spouse of the deceased a desired life. We are bound to face obstacles of various kinds in life but this doesn't mean we can't keep forging ahead in life. Whatever that life brings our way it does not stop life from progressing. Ecclesiastes 9:5 KJV For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. The living has no commitment with the dead. It is not out of place to remarry after the demise of a spouse.
