I shipped a new site this week: [dlmmbot.com](https://dlmmbot.com).
Behind it is DLMM Bot — an automated liquidity bot for [Meteora DLMM](https://meteora.ag) pools on Solana. It scans hot SOL-quoted pools, vets the token against hard gates, opens a one-sided SOL position below price, manages fee claims, and exits by a fixed ladder. You run it on your own infrastructure with your own burner wallet. I never touch your keys, and there is no hosted service holding funds.
It is not a signal group and it is not a fund. It is software you deploy.

Why one-sided SOL below price
This is the part most people get wrong when they LP a memecoin, so it's worth spelling out.
The bot never buys the token up front. It lays a bid-ask ladder of pure SOL underneath the market, weighted heavier at the deeper bins. Nothing is purchased until price actually comes down to you. If price dips, each bin it crosses converts at your level and earns swap fees in both directions. Fees bank back to SOL.
If the dip keeps going, you don't sit there hoping — the exit ladder cuts it. No bag-holding, ever.
That's the whole thesis: the entry is the edge, and volatility pays the fees.

The loop, every 15 seconds
1. Scan — sweeps the Meteora DLMM universe and ranks pools by fee momentum, turnover, and volume trend. Copycat symbols get deduped; pools that were hot but died get caught by a 30-minute recheck. 2. Vet — mint and freeze authority revoked, holder concentration and insider clusters under limits, creator has never rugged (one strike is a permanent blacklist). RugCheck is used as a veto, never an approval. If the APIs are down, the gate fails closed. 3. Enter — one-sided SOL bid-ask ladder under the market, sized by half-Kelly off your own closed-trade history, hard-capped per position, and refused entirely when the measured edge reads negative. 4. Manage — marks position value against the chain, claims fees when it pays to, locks a slice of big winners while the rest keeps earning, and watches TVL, holders, and RugCheck for a rug in progress. 5. Exit — six priorities, checked top-down every poll.
The exit ladder
Strict order. If P0 says run, nothing below it gets a vote.

Every close is measured from the wallet, not the chart, and lands in SQLite — so the dashboard, the circuit breaker, and Kelly sizing all read the same number.

Six brakes between the market and your wallet
I care more about the things that say no than the things that say yes:
- Half-Kelly sizing from your own measured ledger, halved for estimation error, hard-capped. Negative edge stops entries. - Circuit breaker — measured daily loss past your set percentage of wallet, no new entries for 24 hours. - Cluster brake — several hard stops inside one window means the market is the problem, not the picks. Entries pause. - Regime filter — SOL itself dumping shrinks every new position, or halts entries entirely. - Promotion gate — live isn't even suggested until paper mode strings together seven consecutive profitable days, measured the same way live PnL is. - Double-locked live mode — real funds move only when both the environment and the config file say live:

The dashboard ships with it
Every install gets a private ops dashboard, token-gated, streaming over WebSocket: overview, open book, analytics, activity feed with signed SOL coloring, an errors tab that streams structured runtime errors (with a one-click copy-dump and GitHub issue link), a research page, a wiki with the full operator manual, and settings.
Settings ships profiles — official Conservative / Balanced / Aggressive / Research Base presets, private local saves on your volume, and a community gallery you can contribute to via a browser-only pull request.
There's also a header ON/OFF for a soft pause (positions stay open) and a HALT that closes everything and idles until you clear it.
The Overview tab on a live install: balance, open/24h/all-time profit, the equity curve, and the activity feed. That XST · skipped — too old · score 68.8 line is the vetting layer doing its job — most of what the scanner surfaces gets rejected.

Deploying it

Easy — Railway. Fork the repo, deploy your fork as one service, attach a volume mounted at /app/data, generate a public domain, set a strong DASHTOKEN, and finish in the first-run wizard (accept terms, paste RPC + Jupiter key, create or import an encrypted burner wallet, pick paper or live).

You need a [Helius](https://www.helius.dev/) RPC URL and a [Jupiter](https://developers.jup.ag/portal) API key. GMGN is optional for the smart-money flow tab.
It installs itself, if you ask nicely
