Hola amigos espero que todos se encuentren bien , pensé mucho en subir esto pero luego de pensarlo me di cuenta que es importante dar mérito a todo lo que cada uno está haciendo para poder ayudar en esta tragedia tan fuerte que están viviendo nuestros hermanos de la Guaira, hoy solo me siento agradecida por Dios por estar acá sana luego de que Venezuela fuera sacudida por dos terremotos casi seguidos de una magnitud de 7.1 y 7.5 que dejó grandes marcas en nuestros hermanos, como les dije me siento agradecida por Dios de estar bien ❤️🩹 han Sido días súper difíciles sobretodo mentalmente ya que al día siguiente en la mañana recibí la perdida de un amigo que llevó en el corazón debido a este suceso, la verdad me parte el alma cada video cada imagen pero también se me llena el corazón un poquito al ver qué la mayoría de nosotros está comprometido con ayudar .

Today, I am simply grateful to God to be safe and sound after Venezuela was shaken by two back-to-back earthquakes—magnitudes 7.1 and 7.5—that have left deep scars on our people. As I said, I am grateful to God that I am okay ❤️🩹. These have been incredibly difficult days, especially mentally; the very next morning, I learned that I had lost a friend—someone very dear to my heart—because of this event. Honestly, every video and image breaks my heart, yet it also fills me with a little hope to see that most of us are committed to helping.
Principalmente quiero destacar a los ciudadanos que con sus manos y sin ningún tipo de protección han sacado escombros para tratar de salvar a sus familiares amigos o vecinos, también quiero destacar a la Médica Veterinaria con la cual tengo la dicha de trabajar pues sin pensarlo dos veces se fue junto a un grupo de veterinarios de la Isla a prestar todo su apoyo a las mascotas que quedaron sin hogar y a los perritos rescatistas que están dando todo por salvar vida , sin duda margarita somos un pueblo lleno de ganas de ayudar .

Al día siguiente de la catástrofe yo estaba hecha pedazos no solo por la perdida de un amigo si no por ver tantas familias destrozadas , al llegar mi novio a casa dijo que debíamos ir hacer una compras para dejar nuestro granito de arena y por supuesto no lo dude ni por un momento, el quería comprar solo alimentos pero yo estuve muy atenta y las chicas del centro de acopio plaza las banderas cerca de Rattan dijeron lo que más hacía falta así que yo le di prioridad a eso , entre esas cosas una era alimento para mascotas así que compre perrarina, toallas sanitarias, pañales, compotas , toallitas húmedas, crema de arroz , sardinas enlatadas , lleve medicamentos para el dolor como Diclofenac. Esa noche ya era muy tarde así que al día siguiente fui al centro de acopio que está frente a Rattan a dejar mi pequeño granito de arena y al ver tanta unión en los margariteños me sentí muy orgullosa .
>The day after the disaster, I was devastated—not only by the loss of a friend but also by seeing so many families shattered. When my boyfriend got home, he suggested we go shopping to do our bit to help, and naturally, I didn't hesitate for a moment. He had intended to buy only food, but I paid close attention to what the women at the "Plaza Las Banderas" collection center (near Rattan) said was most needed, so I prioritized those items. Among the supplies I bought were pet food, sanitary pads, diapers, baby food purées, wet wipes, rice cereal, canned sardines, and pain medication like Diclofenac. It was already very late that night, so the next day I went to the collection center opposite Rattan to make my small contribution; seeing such unity among the people of Margarita made me feel very proud.
Hoy toda Venezuela está de luto , hoy tenemos el corazón pequeño pero hoy también se que somos un pueblo lleno de fortaleza, si sientes que no estás ayudando porque no estás allá sacando escombros para buscar vidas no se preocupen hay muchas cosas que podemos hacer , podemos donar , si no tienen para donar también pueden ser voluntarios para ayudar a las chicas a organizar los camiones que van a la Guaira, pueden ayudar compartiendo información de los listados de personas en los hospitales o de familias que buscan a sus seres queridos, no importa si es mucho o poco juntos hacemos una cadena muy fuerte, arriba Venezuela que Dios nos bendiga.
