Dear colleagues, I hope you're having a wonderful day. Today I painted and drew the i265 Stomp Compressor card. This card is one of the game's frequency modulators, specifically one of the common cards.
It has a very nice design; it's yellow with orange tones. It's quite simple, as it only has a few buttons and isn't as complex as some others I've drawn. For those unfamiliar with modulators, here are a few quick tips. A modulator is a device used to modulate the frequencies of an instrument connected to it. For example, it could be an electric violin or something similar. It achieves tones that the instrument can't produce on its own.
To create the drawing, I started by drawing the card's classic frame. This frame is made up of four rectangles, which in turn form two squares.
Once I finished making the frame, I designed the shape I would give to the modulator. First, I created its silhouette, that is, the outline of its shape. Then I added some interior elements, like a line that gave it a 3D look and two input and output ports.
In the details part I added all the buttons, in total it has 5.
With the previous step completed, I could start painting. As I mentioned before, the modulator is orange. The card is a regular card, so its frame and interior elements are various shades of blue. I used a spray paint effect for the background.
And with that, we're done, colleagues. Here's the completed drawing. See you, have a blessed day.
