Active Day at the Museum in Toruń / My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2026

Today we had a family trip to the Museum in Toruń, and of course it added some nice steps to my Actifit activity. Walking through the old town, exploring the exhibitions, and learning a lot of interesting stories about the city and its history.
I really enjoy days like this when you can combine physical activity with something meaningful. A bit of education for the kids and a bit of discovery for the adults.
Toruń has an amazing atmosphere. Walking through those old streets feels like a small journey back in time. The kids were especially excited about the interactive parts of the exhibition, while I simply enjoyed the walk and the time spent together.
A few thousand steps came naturally during the trip and that’s the best kind of activity. The best exercise is the one that happens during real family adventures.

Dziś zrobiliśmy rodzinny wypad do Muzeum w Toruniu i przy okazji wpadło trochę kroków na Actifit. Spacer po starówce, zwiedzanie wystaw i masa ciekawych historii o mieście oraz jego przeszłości. Lubię takie dni, kiedy można połączyć ruch z czymś wartościowym trochę edukacji dla dzieci, trochę odkrywania dla dorosłych.
Toruń ma niesamowity klimat, a chodzenie po tych starych uliczkach to jak mała podróż w czasie. Dzieci oczywiście najbardziej cieszyły się z różnych interaktywnych elementów wystawy, a ja z samego spaceru i wspólnego czasu.
Kilka tysięcy kroków wpadło zupełnie przy okazji i o to chodzi. Najlepsza aktywność to ta, która dzieje się naturalnie podczas rodzinnych wypadów.
