Today I finished the day with 3,470 steps. 🚶♂️
It wasn’t a very active day, but every step counts. Some days are busier, others are calmer — the most important thing is to keep moving and stay consistent.
Tomorrow is another chance to do a little more. 💪

Nie był to najbardziej aktywny dzień, ale każdy krok się liczy. Jedne dni są bardziej intensywne, inne spokojniejsze — najważniejsze, żeby nadal się ruszać i zachować regularność.
