Hi everyone!
Lumpia is one of my favorite snacks, so I am always happy when my eldest brother makes his own lumpia business. What I admire most is his hard work and how fast he can make and wrap many lumpia in just a few hours.
My brother makes different flavors of lumpia. He has Ube Halaya Lumpia, Cheese Halaya Lumpia, Pansit Lumpia, and Vegetable Lumpia. All of them are delicious, but my favorite is the Ube Halaya Lumpia.
My brother is also managing a canteen at Tacurong National High School, so his lumpia is very sellable. Many students like to buy it because it is affordable and delicious. Because of this, he needs to prepare many pieces every day.
What really amazes me is his speed in wrapping. I don't know how he can do it so fast! In just a few hours, he can already wrap many pieces. His Ube Halaya Lumpia can reach around 1,000 pieces in one day. Imagine that! And he is also making three other flavors. That is really a lot of work.
I can see how hardworking and dedicated he is. His hands are always busy preparing the fillings, wrapping the lumpia, cooking, and preparing everything for his customers.
I also like that he gives some responsibilities to his son. He wants his son to learn how to work and help in the business. Now, his son is also becoming interested in making his own recipes. I think this is a good way to teach children about hard work and business.
Nowadays, we really need to make sacrifices and find ways to earn extra income. Starting a small business is not always easy, but with patience and hard work, we can slowly grow it.
I am proud of my brother. Behind every piece of lumpia are his hardworking hands, time, and dedication. He is well-known to the school so he has many customers.
