Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog.

Sakai talked with one peasant from Yarikawa. He tried to warn Sakai that some fearless ronin are after him. They want to kill him at any cost. I became curious. Who are these ronins? That person knew one of them who was waiting for me near the ocean. I headed to that place.
It is very quiet around the Yarikawa right now. No mongols and their camps. The beauty of the area has increased.
On my way, I faced a group of Mongolian soldiers. They had captured a man and were torturing him. I attacked them first and used a smoke bomb. Then, using the assassin skill, I killed out three of them.
The other soldiers attacked me. I used perfect parries and counter attacks just like a skilled samurai to kill them all down one by one. The fact that they came at me individually made the fight much easier for me.
After that, I reached the seaside. The entire area looked so beautiful from the hilltop so I took some photos.
Then, I slowly get down to the beach. As soon as I reached the beach, I saw that Ronin was sitting and fishing with a huge hat on his head. At first, this made me laugh. I wondered, why is he sitting there fishing?
But after talking with him, I realized he was waiting for me actually and fishing was the way spending his time.
I offer him a chance right at the start, telling him the fight could end without a battle if he simply accepts defeat. But the ronin refuses to agree to that. Then, we both drew our swords and attacked each other.
This fight was quite tough. Even when I used a perfect parry, he still managed to hit me. Defeating him wouldn't be as easy as ordinary Mongol soldiers. He kept using unparryable attacks. This attack that cannot be parried. You’ve surely noticed that when a red indicator appears during an attack, it cannot be blocked or parried. that was the type of attack he was using most of the time.
A few times, I mistakenly tried to parry that red attack as well, and I took a lot of damage for it. I reached a point where my health was almost finished. I used the Ghost Weapon twice while fighting him. He became somewhat weakened after those attacks. Having the opportunity, I unleashed a series of four or five sword strikes which was a stance skill. This rapidly depleted his health, and he eventually died. I didn't want to kill him. But he had brought his own death.
I then set out for the next mission. My target this time was a water crossing where the Mongols had established a camp. As a result, ordinary people could no longer travel safely. Destroying that camp became my next mission.
On the way, I ran into a group of Mongolian soldiers again. They were holding a woman captive. There were only two soldiers, so I thought it would be an easy fight. Both of them were holding spears. I was mistakenly using the Wind Stance, which is actually meant for enemies carrying shields. As a result, they were easily parrying my attacks. At first, I didn't realize I was fighting in the wrong stance.
They took advantage of this to deal damage to me. As you can see in the image, Sakai is being sent flying through the air by a spear thrust.
Realizing my mistake, I switched to the Moon Stance, which is most effective against spear-wielding enemies. It didn't take long after that. I finished both of them off one by one. Then, I headed back towards the Water Crossing camp.
After arriving, I saw the camp's soldiers fighting against some bandits. I understood this was the perfect opportunity. While they were occupied with the others, they wouldn't even notice if I attacked from behind.
Using my assassin skills, I silently took out the first three soldiers. They didn't even realize when I had slipped up behind them.
Then, the remaining soldiers spotted me. They all attacked on me at once. But this time, I was prepared. I took them all out, one by one. Only their captain was left.
Previously, when performing an assassination attack on the Captain, it was just a simple stab in the back. But that has changed now. Sakai severs the head from the neck. You can see that in the footage.
This finishing move feels much more brutal and cinematic to me. It suits Sakai perfectly as a Ghost Samurai.
I didn't take a single hit even after killing so many soldiers. My Ghost Meter filled up so I could activate Ghost Mode.
As soon as Ghost Mode was activated, the entire environment turned black and white. The enemies ahead were terrified at the sight of me. I then rushed in and took them all out one by one.
The red visual effect that covers the screen during this Ghost attack makes the entire scene appear much more terrifying and bloody. I found this truly unique.
The entire camp empty. I stood there and took a look around, then snapped another photo as a moment of victory.
