Today was one of those gym days where I finished completely tired, sweaty, and with my hair doing whatever it wanted 😂 but somehow that makes the workout feel even better.
I'm learning that showing up is already part of the progress. Some days I have more energy than others, but I always feel proud when I finish.
Now I just need to convince my legs that we can actually stand up and go home. 😅
