My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2026

Today's walk was special with Kai, my female puppy. She's turning one soon and that makes me worry a lot. I checked with the vet and she suggested that I let the first heat pass and then spay her.
So, nowadays dogs have their season going on and we get very much unwanted attention. That means I need to be extra careful with everything.
Today we took her to the waterfall after so long. And she was so happy to play around. But we took her alone and that means she didn't have company to play.
She finally found another puppy who was passing by and started to play with him.
Today was also special because two kids from the village came with the colocasia leaves. We cooked a snack called Patrodu.
It is first wrapped with stuffing, steamed and then fried. It tasted soo good. But they brought it late and we started cooking at night. So that meant I had a heavy dinner late at night. I'm trying to have an early dinner and get enough fasting time. But the experience was worth it.
