Cuando termina la semana santa, acá en Argentina está la tradición de los huevos de pascua que son chocolates en forma de huevo y cuando se parten, tienen algún premio adentro, a veces juguetes, a veces más dulces.

Los hay de muchos tamaños, pero mi mamá casi siempre compra de los pequeños para que no nos comamos todo el mismo día, aunque igual yo me como dos o tres antes de que me los quite para guardar en la nevera.

Mi papá siempre me trae uno de los grandes, que adentro tiene un juguete y este año me tocó un dragón, así que luego de abrir el enorme huevo, comí un poquito y luego me puse a armar el juguete. Primero intenté hacerlo sin ver la hojita con las indicaciones, pero habían partes que no sabía como unirlas y tuve que verlo igual.

Mi mamá se ofreció a ayudarme, pero quería hacerlo solo, así que estuve un buen rato tratando de completarlo, pero como siempre me pasa, casi al final se complica la unión de todas las partes y me tienen que ayudar.

Lo bueno de que eso pase, es que como mi mamá me ve frustrado, me deja comer un poco más de chocolate mientras ella termina de armarlo todo.

Al final, quedó un lindo dragón de alas azules que se pueden mover como si estuviera volando, y que vino a hacerle compañía a otro rojo que tenía desde hace muchos años, y por eso los puse juntos sobre la cómoda del cuarto, para que se hagan compañía.

Y ese fue mi TBT del día de hoy, que mientras lo hacía me hizo pensar en cuanto tiempo pasa para que vuelva la pascua y así volver a tener un huevo de chocolate para descubrir cuál sorpresa trae adentro.

They come in many sizes, but my mom almost always buys the small ones so we don’t eat them all in one day, although I still manage to eat two or three before she takes them away to put in the fridge.

My dad always brings me one of the big ones, which has a toy inside, and this year I got a dragon, so after opening the huge egg, I ate a little bit and then started putting the toy together. First I tried to do it without looking at the instruction sheet, but there were parts I didn’t know how to put together, so I had to look at it anyway.

My mom offered to help me, but I wanted to do it on my own, so I spent quite a while trying to finish it. But as always happens to me, right at the end, putting all the pieces together gets complicated, and I end up needing help.

The good thing about that is that when my mom sees how frustrated I am, she lets me eat a little more chocolate while she finishes putting it all together.

In the end, it turned out to be a cute dragon with blue wings that can move as if it were flying, and it came to keep another red one company—one I’ve had for many years—so I put them together on the dresser in my room so they can keep each other company.
