Holding these faded, dust-caked family photographs in my hands is an encounter with my own blueprint.
As I stare into the eyes of my ancestors, I see more than old clothing and sepia-toned smiles.
I see the exact spark, the unyielding resilience and the unspoken sacrifices that encoded my DNA before I ever took a breath.
Every crease in these frames is a receipt of a battle fought so that I could stand here today with the leverage to conquer mine.
It is a haunting, beautiful reminder that I am not an isolated entity operating in a vacuum, but the current apex of a long bloodline.
Looking at where they started only forces me to lock in, execute and ensure that the legacy I build honours the foundation they laid.
