Streetart in Venezuela. cena (es/en)

Hello, street art friends! As usual, I’ve got a new discovery to share, and this time it’s in my home country, Venezuela, where I visited ‘La Ciudad Mural’ – a project taking place in Barquisimeto, Lara State.
This initiative was launched with the aim of boosting urban tourism and supporting artists, muralists and graffiti artists in Venezuela.
When I heard about it, I went to check it out, and there are more than 17 murals throughout this area called Santa Rosa.
Here are a few of them that I personally really liked because of the indigenous imagery they depict, showing a woman’s face and the key elements of all these ethnic groups, such as body and face paint, tropical flora, clay pots and woven fabrics at the base.
The artist behind this beautiful mural is the Venezuelan artist Cena or @Cenaone. He took part in this project, and his works really stand out for their symbolism and Venezuela’s indigenous cultural heritage.

Hola amigos de streetart como de costumbre traigo un nuevo hallazgo y está vez es mi país Venezuela donde estuve visitando a la ciudad mural, un proyecto que se lleva a cabo en Barquisimeto, Estado Lara.
Este iniciativa nació con la finalidad de impulsar el turismo urbano y también a los artistas, muralista y grafiteros de Venezuela.
Al enterarme fui a visitarlo, y hay más de 17 murales en todo este sitio llamado Santa Rosa.
Aquí les muestro unos ellos, que en lo personal me gustó mucho por la representación indígena que muestra, reflejando el rostro de una mujer y los elementos principales de todas estás etnias como lo son la pintura corporal y facial, la flora tropical, la vasija de barro y los tejidos en la base.
Quien realizó este hermoso mural es el artista venezolano Cena o @Cenaone Quien participo en este proyecto, sus trabajos resaltan mucho por la simbologia y la herencia cultural indígena de Venezuela.
