Las relaciones laborales entre los trabajadores y los jefes, siempre deben de mantenerse con respeto y responsabilidad, la persona que tiene grandeza interior sabe reconocer el valor de otros.
He pasado por momentos muy difíciles, dentro del área de trabajo, debido a un trabajador que se la quiere dar de jefe o lider y en realidad no lo es, esté señor no tiene ni la mínima capacidad para gerenciar un departamento, menos ser supervisor de un grupo de trabajadores.

Cuando, estamos trabajando dentro de una empresa y se tiene un grupo de chicos activos trabajando, es bueno tratarlos bien, elogiarlo y darle el valor que se merecen, son seres humanos y no son perfectos, pero, hay personas con un ego demasiado grande, que no le da importancia a la opinión de los trabajadores solo ellos tiene la razón y más nadie.

Estoy pasando por una situación demasiado difícil, porque, ya voy a cumplir un año dentro de una empresa privada y un chico que se la quiere dar de jefe, ha destruido o cambiado todo lo que hemos realizado o construido durante un año, porque a Él, no le parece bien, lo que se está haciendo, pero, lo que no toma en cuenta o evalua, que durante ese tiempo la empresa ha generado muchísimo ganancia.

Durante el tiempo que tengo dentro de la empresa, hemos captado muchos clientes, tenemos una cartera de clientes muy buena, ahora, por necedad del este señor se ha dado la tarea de hablar con los clientes y cambiar todo el sistema de despacho, la cual a los clientes no le parecen y se han ido retirando de la empresa como clientes.

Realmente, los dueños de la empresa no se dan cuenta del daño, que este señor le está haciendo a un patrimonio que se ha levantado con mucho esfuerzo de familia, es como dicen, cuando se enamoran de alguien, piensa que la persona lo está haciendo bien y es todo lo contrario.

No se le puede decir nada a los dueños de la empresa, porque, no nos van a creer, el chico es el novio o prometido de la hija del dueño y lo quieren mucho y el se aprovecha de eso, pero, cuando se den cuenta ya será bastante tarde, para recuperar lo que han perdido, dejo todo en manos de Dios y que todo fluya para bien de todos.
No sé debe tolerar el maltrato laboral, es importante en toda empresa estar pendiente del trabajador y valorar su desempeño, elogiar es parte del estímulo laboral, el valor vale mucho, además el trabajador es quien da ganancias al patrono.
