|Preparation Time|15 Minutes| |-|-| |Cooking Time|40 Minutes| |Cuisine|Nepali| |Course|Snacks| |Serving|20-25 Momos|

Ingredients ๐Ÿ“ƒ

For Dough

โ€ข 1ยฝ cup maida(All purpose flour). โ€ข ยฝ tbsp salt. โ€ข 1 tbsp oil . โ€ข water for kneading.

For stuffing

โ€ข 1 cup paneer(Cottage Cheese). โ€ข 2 tbsp of Finely Chopped Capsicum. โ€ข 2 tbsp of Boiled Corns. โ€ข 1 inch grated ginger. โ€ข 2 Finely Chopped Green chilli. โ€ข 2 tbsp of Chopped coriander leaves. โ€ข 2 Cheese Cubes. โ€ข 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder. โ€ข 1 tsp pepper Powder. โ€ข Salt to taste

Process ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ

First, take all-purpose flour in a large platter. Adjust the quantity as needed; I have shared the measurements for 20 momos.

Add salt and mix it well.

Knead the dough by gradually adding water.

Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, you can prepare the stuffing.

Grate the paneer into a bowl.

Now add the boiled corn, grated ginger, chopped green chilies.

Now add Red Chilli powder, Balck pepper and Salt.

Add Cheese cubes into it.

Note - I added cheese to this. If you don't have it or don't feel like it, you can skip it; you can also add chopped onion and garlic, Feel free to add any veggies and spices you like; it's completely up to you.

Mix well so that everything combined well.

Knead the dough again and pinch a ball-sized dough.

Make small dough balls and roll them out one by one.

Roll and flatten as thin as possible.

Place a prepared paneer stuffing in centre.

start pleating from one side. pleat until you reach ยพ of the momos, then seal the pleated part with other part and secure tight.

NOTE- Folding momos isn't easyโ€”I learned it only after watching videos a few times. My pleating didn't turn out great, but luckily none broke open while steaming. Make sure to pay close attention to this and pleat them properly.

Reapeat the process with the remaining materials.

Heat a steamer & Apply oil on the streamer tray.

Arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other as shown in the picture.

furthermore, steam momos for 12-15 minutes or till shiny, translucent & sheen appears over it.

Finally, paneer momos recipe is ready to enjoy with momos chutney.

The momos turned out truly delicious and juicyโ€”you must give them a try! In my next blog, I'll definitely share the chutney recipe too, made without onion or garlic.

It's Delicious and easy to cook recipe, try it. 'm sure you are gonna love it. Try this recipe and let me know how it is. For more indian cuisine stay connected to my blogs.
