Building My First AI Agent for Hive — Part 1: Are Hive Accounts[350K+ HP Mark] Building Their HP?

Hey All,
I was playing with [Google Colab](https://colab.research.google.com/) and then struck with this idea to experiment with Google Colab + Hive API, starting with a simple question tracking different HIVE accounts and their HIVE POWER i.e. is the accounts accumulating HIVE POWER OR is Redeucing HP.. Here is an example of my account @gungunkrishu where I check my account status when it had 200K+ HP and then compare what is the change in HP and what mode is it IN - Accumulation Or Reducing...
So ideally I am going to find out this::
What are the top 50 Hive accounts around the 350K+ HP range doing with their Hive Power?
Why 350K+ HP specifically well my Hive Power is in this range and hence I want to see what other folks in this range are doing with their HIVE POWER building it further or are reducing it i.e. cashing out. In simple words are these accounts continuing to build their Hive Power, or are some of them starting to reduce it?

Now the tricky part kicks in and we need to look at the above Hive accounts' history, specifically their Hive Power Up and Power Down transactions. Only by looking at this historical activity will we be able to tell whether these accounts are actually building their Hive Power or reducing it.

Overall it was a good learning experience, and looking at the numbers, it looks like most of the accounts in this 350K+ HP range are either maintaining their position or not showing much Power Up activity during this period. A few accounts are clearly building their Hive Power, while some are also reducing it through Power Down. Specifically mine and @denliu power ups are happening...way to go...
