COTI Treasury Transaction STILL STUCK — Is This What We Expect from a Professional Blockchain?

Hey All,
I have been part of the COTi project for quite a long time and at the same time have a decent investment in [Coti treasury](https://treasury.coti.io/deposits) where have staked both the tokens #COTi and #GCoti which is the goverance token of the blockchain. Here is the snapshot of my COTi Stake.. close to 172K+ #COTi and almost 170K #Gcoti staked which at current price of the tokens is worth $2K+ dollars
The APR [Annual Percentage Rate] that I am getting is almost 29% and hence the stake at the moment is building on its own. Every two days or so I claim my rewards and then restake them back to the staking pool. But for #Gcoti the rewards are paid on a weekly basis, I claim those rewards and stake them too as Gcoti helps in boosting the APR..if Coti and Gcoti is staked in a ration of 1:1 one can get the maximum returns.. so definately gcoti one needs to accumulate and stake to get maximum returns. Next coming to the COTI Treasury Transaction STILL STUCK... check this image..
This image still speaks about my total stake the APR and the multiplier pool that I have opted for which is x1 being the safest. There is this button - "MANAGE" that allows to claim rewards and readjust your setting i.e. stake for #gcoti for APR boost etc etc. Its been almost a week that I tried to boost my APR by staking #Gcoti and to date this button "MANAGE" i still in the processing mode ultimately I cannot do anything..thats the bitter reality.. So my question was SIMPLE - Can we expect this from a professional blockchain project? COTI positions itself as one of the major players in bringing privacy to blockchain through technologies such as Garbled Circuits. But then, how can we imagine a professional blockchain project delivering such advanced cryptographic technology while a basic Treasury transaction can remain stuck for such a long time? Not at all expected, and I have now started to feel is this really the level of reliability and user experience we should expect from a professional blockchain project? There are many folks reporting on the COTi discord channel and there is no such announcment as to why the transactions are stuck and when will all the issues be resolved. At one side, they keep reporting new partnerships and highlighting what their technology is capable of bringign privacy on blockchains. But on the other side, the bitter reality is that a simple Treasury transaction is not working as it should, and it can take several days to resolve the issue. How bad it can be a user expereince..And to be honest for me, this is not just about one stuck transaction it is about the overall user experience and the level of reliability we should expect from a professional blockchain project. Lets see when the issue gets resolved and what kind of an RCA the team comes up with.for now this should be it for toadys post on - "COTI Treasury Transaction STILL STUCK — Is This What We Expect from a Professional Blockchain?"
