As the sun rises in the morning, the hustle and bustle of the raw market increases, so does the colorful vegetable festival that makes your mind happy. This morning, I went to the market and saw some very fresh vegetables, which made cooking plans easier.
As soon as I entered the kingdom of raw vegetables, my mind was filled with vitality. The various types of vegetables arranged in rows are not only a pleasure for the eyes, but also indicate a healthy life. First of all, my eyes were drawn to the cut sweet pumpkin. The sweet orange color of the pumpkin reminded me of the brightness of the sun. The cucumbers, bitter gourds and tomatoes next to it all created a lively atmosphere. A large part of the pumpkin was kept cut, which shows how soft and delicious it would be inside. Seeing all this, I felt that pumpkin soup or bhaji would be great in the afternoon.
As I moved forward a little further, I saw the beautiful green kachu leaves and fresh barbati. The moisture on the tied leaves showed that they were freshly picked from the field. The thought of frying hilsa fish heads or shrimps with lati makes my mouth water. The side dishes are also quite fresh, which are quick to fry and taste amazing on hot rice or roti. The long brinjals on the side were also quite fresh.
Cooking them with fresh vegetables multiplies the taste of the food. The experience of buying such fresh vegetables from the market is truly a joy. These fresh ingredients not only provide nutrition but also inspire me to prepare delicious meals filled with love for my family.
