♦️ Hive Turns 6: Real stories from the Blockchain - #MyHiveJourney Official compilation

Today, March 20, 2026, Hive celebrates its 6th anniversary. Six years ago, a community chose decentralization over convenience, sovereignty over comfort, and freedom over control. Thousands of users made the decision to fork away from centralized governance and build something truly owned by its people.
To mark this milestone, we launched the #MyHiveJourney challenge and asked the community one simple question: What's your story?
The response was extraordinary. 23 users published their personal stories on-chain, in English, Spanish, and bilingual formats. Veterans from the genesis block, users who survived the Steem fork, newcomers who arrived just months ago, all shared something deeply personal about what Hive means to them.
What follows is the official compilation, a permanent record of the voices that make this blockchain alive.

Sanjeevm started in July 2017 by exchanging a little Bitcoin for STEEM. Through the fork and everything since, Hive became his only social home — no Instagram, no Facebook. His blog documents gardens, family moments, food adventures, health wins, travels, and festivals.
