what's the fate of cryptocurrency

the harsh reality is that the market crash definitely affected everyone, predicting the market comes with certain risk , should you decide to bare it, because things are not always the same
few days ago we celebrated a pump and everyone was happy then it goes down again, since the crypto market experience one of the biggest bear market I'm not sure a lot of people have recovered from the impact.
I'm not really a crypto guy but what I do know is that it will probably take some years for everything to get back up, $btc will be up today down tomorrow same for every crypto, all of these volatility changes has made a lot of persons lost interest in crypto, alot of persons who were into it heavily are pulling out due to these fluctuations in prices https://img.leopedia.io/DQmcpBTNnJPHKR6W4U6HXNc2226oGug4qa1wqXdAXCJyqkz/file00000000c40c82439de133698db5978e.png why do we keep talking about crypto, smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs web3 when we can't truly link this concept to real world problems and the solution they are to offer, what is the relevance of cryptocurrency now in today's world, how has DeFi helped resolved a lot of complications with exchanges in the money market, why don't we incorporate all these into our daily lives, it's almost like crypto is loosing relevance
how can the ordinary man understand and get to use DeFi when he has bigger problems laying around, he can't relate because the technicalities are too much.
that's why I personally been into simplifying web3 and blockchain protocols so everyone can understand it.
why is Ai gaining momentum by the day, it is simply because ordinary people can use this tools to solve real world problems, when a thing cannot help the least person resolve a problem then it's looses it's relevance, that is what is happening to crypto...
I really cannot tell where in the next 5-10 years time the future of crypto, certain predictions say 2028 will be another great year for cryptocurrencies but for the mean time a lot of person's are loosing interest and leaning towards artificial intelligence for almost everything they can find.
while we hope that things turn around for the best for now I can't say cause no one truly can predicted accurately the trajectory of crypto right now
