I Spent One Full Year Building HivePostify Alone. Now I Have to Decide Whether to Shut It Down.

Hello everyone,
My name is Aftab Irshad. I am writing this post. I am 16 years old and I live in Pakistan.
For the last one year I have been building HivePostify completely by myself. No team. No funding. No investors. Just continuous work, late nights, and the belief that Pakistan needed a proper Web3 platform on Hive that normal people could actually use.
There were many nights when I kept coding while everyone else was asleep. I fixed bugs at 2 or 3 in the morning. I tested features again and again. I tried to make everything simple enough for someone who has never used crypto before. I created free accounts for new users from Pakistan. I answered their questions. I kept improving the platform step by step.
When I started, I truly believed that if I just kept building, the platform would slowly find its place. Now the reality is different. The server and domain costs are due in about two months. I do not have the money to cover them. I have already asked for support more than once. The response has been very limited. I accept that.
I am not writing this for drama. I am writing it because I feel a real sense of loss when I think about shutting everything down. One full year of continuous effort. Hundreds of hours that no one saw. And now I am seriously considering turning the website off.
If the platform closes, most people here will not feel any difference. Life will continue as normal. But for me it means watching something I built with my own hands disappear.
I want to thank a few people who helped me along the way:
@demotruk @cryptoreforma @ravenmus1c @steevc
I also want to thank those who supported my earlier post: https://hivepostify.cloud/@aftabirshad/developing-hive-postify-a-custom-interface-for-the-hive-ecosystem-and-developed-almost-50-powered-by-hive-blockchain
Especially: @appreciator @ranchorelaxo @trafalgar @haejin @canadian-coconut @broncnutz
Your votes meant a lot at that time.
What HivePostify currently has:
- A complete Hive frontend where users can post, comment, vote, follow, and manage their accounts - A freelancing marketplace where people can offer services and get paid in HIVE or AHPT - Local withdrawal options for Pakistani users through EasyPaisa and JazzCash - User profiles, communities, and content discovery - Real-time features and messaging system - Security rating of A+ on independent security header scanners - Self-hosted image storage - Referral system - Explore page that works even without login - Support for Hive Keychain - Regular small improvements based on feedback
The platform is live at hivepostify.cloud. Everything is public and verifiable on-chain under @hivepostify.
I am not asking for a large amount. I am only asking for one more year. One year to keep the servers running so I can continue improving the platform and try to bring more real users from Pakistan onto Hive.
If you believe this effort has any value, even a small contribution will help keep the platform online. If you cannot contribute financially, an upvote or a reblog also means something to me.
If the support does not come, I will accept the outcome and shut the platform down when the time arrives. I will not keep making the same request again and again.
Thank you to everyone who has tested the platform, given feedback, or supported in any way so far.
