My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2026

A good start to the day.
Started doing my steps indoors.
In the afternoon, I went out to buy few things. The shop is 7/8 minutes by walk from my place, other side of the railway station. The weather was not that hot, so the walk to and from was good.
In the evening, I went out again for a walk. Spent 10 minutes walking in and around my area.
Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
Today in women’s t20 Asia cup, India women play against Hong Kong women. The match starts in an hour.
