Heartless is the one who deceives you and makes you believe that they care for and protect you, while the greatest danger has free rein.
Heartless is the one who makes you believe that your food is a priority, while only giving you crumbs of the lowest quality.
Heartless is the one who has all the wealth in their power and deliberately lies to line the pockets of a few.
Heartless is the one who puts you to work, and with great demands at that, and pays you a miserable wage unprecedented in the world.
It is heartless to offer you the opportunity to study, and then tell you to hide your degree away where the sun doesn't shine, because you will still be a Juan Bimba without opportunities.
It is heartless to offer you health centers, and then, when you arrive with your life hanging by a thread, let you die due to a lack of supplies or medicine.
It is heartless to make you believe in a fantasy world through a television channel when your reality is dire.
It is heartless to make you believe in a good education when they don't even have a school cafeteria and the children end up with serious physical and intellectual weaknesses.
It is heartless to cut off your electricity for hours and make you go to bed without eating because your stove is electric.
