Facing off against Micah and Dutch atop Mount Hagen, John tried to convince Dutch to do the right thing. Dutch surprisingly shot Micah, giving me the chance to pump five fatal rounds into the traitor. After Dutch walked away silently, John retrieved the Blackwater money and gold from the cabin.

After Sadie got Micah on gunpoint, I guessed we had him controlled and he was even following Sadie's orders for a moment as he was on gunpoint. He even tried to convince John then.

And you know what? I forgot about Dutch totally and he stepped out of the cabin suddenly which tells me he was with Micah all this time. And he came out with two revolvers on his both hands with one pointing at John.

The tide was turned again and Micah held Sadie this time when John was confused what to do. John stood frozen, trying to process the nightmare unfolding in front of him as Micah mocked us, boasting that he and Dutch had teamed up once again to secure their fortune and dreams.

Micah insolently invited John to join them, but John ignored the offer, pleading with Micah to let Sadie go before turning his attention to Dutch. Reminding the old gang leader of everything they had been through, John begged Dutch to do something good for once in his life.

In a shock decision, Dutch raised his gun and fired a round straight into Micah's chest. Even though my anger toward Dutch burned just as hot as my hatred for Micah, seeing him finally make the right call was a massive relief.

With Micah stunned and bleeding, I seized the opening to draw my weapon and unload on the traitor at long last.

The moment was immensely satisfying. I didn't just fire once, but pumped five heavy rounds straight into him, putting five massive holes in his torso until he collapsed dead into the snow.

John turned to thank Dutch for the intervention, but Dutch offered no reply, turning his back and walked away without saying another word.

Checking on Sadie, I was relieved to see she was holding up, keeping my fingers crossed that both she and Charles would survive their severe wounds.

Sadie pointed toward the cabin, mentioning that the gang's stash was hidden inside. Stepping through the doorway, John uncovered a heavy chest packed to the brim with stacks of cash and heavy gold bars.

John loaded every dollar and gold bar he could carry onto his shoulders. Stepping back outside into the cold, both of us shared a look of pure relief before beginning the long journey back home to Beecher's Hope.
