Pickleball, hubby walk, dog walk: August 13 2026

I have almost no pictures to show for my 16000 steps today. But I sure I was busy.
I worked for several hours, walked the dog a few times, watered the garden, went to play pickleball for a few hours, then went grocery shopping, then back home I put away the groceries and went for a walk with my husband, then a bit later I went out for another 15-minute walk with my dog. It all adds up!
Since I didn’t take photos while playing pickleball or walking, I will share a picture of my garden that I took today. In this photo you can see a goldfinch enjoying the finch feeder. They also really love the sunflowers.
The big vine thing is a pumpkin plant. I can’t believe how much the plant has grown. It has three nice pumpkins on it. I’ve created little protective cages around each one.
