La jornada arrancó con incertidumbre. Anocheceó con una tormenta fuerte, el cielo se puso negro y llovió con todo. Cuando miré por la ventana pensé: "esto se pospone". Pero el cliente nunca decidió cancelar. La visita al 47th Tower estaba agendada y se iba a cumplir.
El encargado de la obra tuvo problemas para cruzar el Puente de la Amistad hacia Paraguay. Viernes, tránsito caótico, gente yendo de un país al otro. Yo ya estaba en Ciudad del Este esperando, mirando el reloj, calculando tiempos. Mientras tanto, la lluvia seguía cayendo.

Pero entonces pasó algo que solo pasa acá. El sol hizo su magia. Apareció entre las nubes y lo que parecía un día perdido se convirtió en una postal única. Esa luz que solo se consigue después de una tormenta, cuando todo está mojado y el cielo se abre de golpe.
Cuando por fin nos encontramos con el cliente, subimos por el elevador de cargas hasta el piso 36. Sí, el elevador de cargas. No hay como ir a visitar una obra en construcción para saber cómo funciona un edificio de verdad.

Desde el piso 36, la vista te deja sin palabras. Paraguay hacia un lado, Foz do Iguaçu, Brasil, hacia el otro. El Río Paraná serpenteando entre los dos países. Se veía todo. La magnitud del 47th Tower no se mide solo en pisos, se mide en lo que ves desde arriba.

La visita se realizó casi una hora más tarde de lo programado. Yo tenía una sesión de fotos inmediatamente después. Terminamos en el 47th y directo a la sesión. La mañana se completó entre reuniones y fotos, sin tiempo para respirar.

Para las 13:00 ya teníamos la agenda para entregar una casa dentro de un condominio a un cliente muy especial. Viernes, el cliente se demoró, nosotros también. Llegamos a realizar la entrega, los contratos, todo lo que implica una entrega de propiedad. Después de eso, la presentación de uno de los condominios más exclusivos de Paraguay: una ciudad privada de 1,500 hectáreas rodeada por ríos y con excelentes amenidades.
Después de todo eso volvimos a la oficina para cerrar tareas pendientes. Ya en casa, en familia, con las ganas de dejar expresado aquí los mejores momentos vividos.
Este día me recordó por qué hago lo que hago. No es solo vender propiedades. Es conectar personas con lugares que les cambian la vida. Desde la altura del 47th Tower hasta la entrega de una casa, cada momento tiene un significado.

The day started with uncertainty. A heavy storm rolled in overnight, the sky turned dark and it poured. When I looked out the window I thought: "This is getting postponed." But the client never decided to cancel. The visit to the 47th Tower was scheduled and it was going to happen.
The site manager had trouble crossing the Friendship Bridge into Paraguay. Friday, chaotic traffic, people going from one country to another. I was already in Ciudad del Este waiting, watching the clock, calculating times. Meanwhile, the rain kept coming.

But then something happened that only happens here. The sun worked its magic. It appeared between the clouds and what seemed like a lost day turned into a unique postcard. That light you only get after a storm, when everything is wet and the sky opens up suddenly.
When we finally met the client, we took the cargo elevator up to the 36th floor. Yes, the cargo elevator. There's nothing like visiting a construction site to understand how a real building works.

From the 36th floor, the view leaves you speechless. Paraguay on one side, Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, on the other. The Paraná River winding between two countries. You could see everything. The magnitude of the 47th Tower isn't measured just in floors — it's measured in what you see from above.

The visit happened almost an hour later than planned. I had a photo session immediately after. We finished at the 47th and went straight to the shoot. The morning was filled between meetings and photos, no time to breathe.

By 1:00 PM we had a house delivery scheduled at a condominium for a very special client. Friday, the client ran late, so did we. We managed the delivery, the contracts, everything that comes with handing over a property. After that, the presentation of one of Paraguay's most exclusive condominiums: a private city of 1,500 hectares surrounded by rivers with excellent amenities.
After all that we went back to the office to wrap up pending tasks. Home, family, and the desire to put into words the best moments lived today.
This day reminded me why I do what I do. It's not just about selling properties. It's about connecting people with places that change their lives. From the heights of the 47th Tower to handing over a house, every moment has meaning.
