DON'T JUST CHASE YOUR DREAM. DESIGN IT. EXECUTE IT. We often hear, Follow your dreams. But dreams don't become reality simply because you desire them. Dreams need structure. If you want to build a successful business, design the business model.
If you want to become a great leader, design the habits and discipline that leadership requires. If you want financial freedom, design a strategy for earning, saving, investing, and growing. Then it's a season for execution. Kindly break those big visions you've been stacking up, into smaller goals. Turn the goals into actionable steps.Set timelines.Measure your progress.Learn from your mistakes. Adjust when necessary. Keep moving.
Don't spend your entire life chasing a dream that you have never taken the time to design. A dream gives you direction. A plan gives you structure. Execution turns the vision into reality. So don't just dream about the life you want. Design it. Plan it. Execute it. Improve it.And remember: you don't have to move at someone else's pace. Build your vision one deliberate step at a time. Dream less about the destination. Design the journey and execute the plan. It's good to dream and I commend it to anyone, but then let's your results speak volumes of the dreaming years. Get yourself a brand out of the dreaming world.
