Dear ABBA,
Self-sufficient GOD, YOU own it all.
The earth and everything in it belongs to YOU.
So I know this love was never because of what I could offer YOU.
After all, what could I possibly give to the One who already has everything? The One who needs nothing, yet chose to want me.
The scales could never be equal. I bring nothing that compares to who You are, yet You have given me everything in Christ.
And somehow, that thought never grows old.
I don't know how to stop thinking about it, talking about it, reflecting on it, or being grateful for it all.
I pray I never do. May my heart never lose its awe.May gratitude never become silent.
Thank You for loving me not because You needed me, but because You wanted to love me.
