¡Hola queridos usuarios! Esta semana vino candela; nuestra querida moderadora @angelica7 se motivó en grande para compartir un tema bien interesante. Esta palabra es una de las preferida de mi hijo. También vinieron a mi mente muchas canciones; aquí muchas cedulas van a rodar, recordé una canción de menudo, no eran de mi preferencia extrema, pero recordé a mi amiga Carolina, se derretía por ellos, veía con mucho asombro como peleaban desde la caratula del disco con otras amiguitas, según ellas eran sus novios.

En nuestro país se están viviendo momentos para reajustar muchas cosas, poder arreglar los recursos con los que contamos, estamos en austeridad; ya de esto llevamos varios años, pero también en estos momentos en familia estamos sacando lo mejor de nosotros cuando de apoyo se trata. Mi hijo en el momento que le pedimos que se haga cargo del mantenimiento del terreno no dudo; su palabra fue: "fuego" vamos a darle fuego a eso.

Este terreno lo pudimos comprar en el año 2.005 fue una gran oportunidad para invertir, hemos tenido varios trabajadores, algunos muy responsables, otros algo flojos, en esta oportunidad mi hijo ha podido poner al día muchas cosas, no es fácil tener empleados y que tristemente no tenga sentido de pertenencia, algunos no iban a cumplir su jornada diaria, simplemente llegábamos al terreno y no había nadie, Esto desmotivaba mucho, estar pagando un sueldo para ver cada día el lugar deteriorado.
>We were able to buy this land in 2005; it was a great investment opportunity. We've had several workers, some very responsible, others rather lazy. This time, my son has been able to get many things up to date. It's not easy having employees who sadly lack a sense of ownership. Some wouldn't even show up for their daily shifts; we'd simply arrive at the property and there was nobody there. This was very demotivating, paying a salary only to see the place deteriorating every day.
Le toca el turno a los galpones, esperamos ver todo en perfectas condiciones, será un arduo trabajo poder hacer trabajo de albañilería, poder armar jaulas, arreglar toda la estructura para poder comenzar de nuevo con la cría de las codornices, se puede alquilar el lugar ya que tiene una piscina, arreglar todos los espacios será un gran logro.
>Next up are the sheds. We hope to see everything in perfect condition. It will be hard work to do the masonry, build cages, and fix the entire structure so we can start raising quail again. The place can be rented since it has a pool. Fixing up all the spaces will be a great achievement.
