Saludos y bendiciones queridos padres de @motherhood, espero estén bien junto a sus pequeños, deseándoles que tengan un buen inicio de semana; saben siempre es grato brindar a tus hijos ese tiempo de calidad para que ellos hagan lo que más les gusta, en el caso de mis hijos el gusto por actividades fÃsicas es necesaria, ya que están en una edad que acumulan mucha energÃa rápidamente, asà que mejor que acompañarlos en sus hobbies, por lo que el dÃa de hoy baje con mi hijo menor a correr bicicleta para aprovechar que el clima estaba bastante agradable.
Mi hijo mayor en esta oportunidad no nos pudo acompañar ya que inicio un curso de computación, que pronto les estaré contando al respecto, en fin como pueden ver ya mi hijo menor ha dominado el control de su bicicleta después que cambio de rin aunque aun le cuesta frenar, ya que su mano dice el esta aun pequeña y no agarra con fuerza, igual lo intenta cada vez mas y como le digo yo la practica hace el maestro y hay que seguir intentarlo sin darse por vencido.
Estuvimos gran parte de la mañana en el estacionamiento de la urbanización, el cual estaba bastante despejado por ser domingo no hay mucho tráfico de carros, siendo algo que me tranquiliza ya que mi hijo puede correr con mucha mas libertad, se divirtió bastante y se exigió asà mismo marcarse el tiempo en cada vuelta, le llevaba la cuenta con el cronometro y se alegro mucho cuando mejoro su marca ,siendo algo que lo motiva a seguir practicando con mayor regularidad.
Por lo pronto estaremos aprovechando estas vacaciones para que mi hijo menor siga con sus practicas de bicicleta, monopatÃn, futbol, junto a su hermano dios mediante se pueda unir a él en la próxima salida, ya que estas actividades al aire libre no solo les brinda a nuestros hijos un gran beneficio para su salud, si no también les aleja de pantallas y les permite fortalecer sus habilidades motoras, mientras se divierten en sus deportes favoritos, por lo que les oriento como madre y educadora brindarles lo necesario y acompañarlos en este tipo de actividades, hasta una nueva oportunidad.

Greetings and blessings, dear parents of @motherhood. I hope you and your little ones are doing well and having a great start to the week. It is always a pleasure to give your children quality time to do what they love most; for my children, physical activity is essential, as they are at an age where they build up energy very quickly. There is nothing better than joining them in their hobbies, so today I went out with my youngest son to ride bikes and take advantage of the lovely weather.
My eldest son couldn't join us this time because he has started a computer course, I’ll tell you more about that soon. Anyway, as you can see, my youngest has mastered handling his bike since switching to a different wheel size, though he still struggles a bit with braking; his hands are still small and lack the grip strength, but he keeps trying. As I always tell him, practice makes perfect, and you have to keep at it without giving up.
We spent most of the morning in our neighborhood parking lot. It was quite empty, since it is Sunday, there was not much car traffic, which put my mind at ease, allowing my son to ride much more freely. He had a great time and challenged himself to time each lap; I kept track with a stopwatch, and he was thrilled when he improved his time. That kind of progress motivates him to keep practicing regularly.
For now, we will be making the most of the holidays so my youngest can continue practicing biking, scootering, and soccer. God willing, his brother will be able to join him on the next outing. These outdoor activities not only offer great health benefits but also keep our children away from screens and help strengthen their motor skills while they enjoy their favorite sports. As a mother and educator, I encourage you to provide the necessary support and join your children in these kinds of activities. Until next time!.
