Sweet yellow rice with nuts

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog for the community in @hivefood . I hope you guys all are well and enjoying yummy food . Today I am also here for sharing a new recipe with all of you which is sweet yellow rice with nuts . I cooked for distributing in street . It's very simple and easy to cook . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process .
Ingredients
Two kg rice
One kg sugar
Cardmom
One glass mi
Yellow food colour
Oil
Coconut
Pistachio
Process
First I soaked rice before cooking of two hours . Then after two hours I took a pan added some oil then I made tarka of Cardmom . After this I added one glass milk and one kg sugar in it and made sweet gravy for the rice .
At the other side I boiled rice adding yellow food colour and stained when 80 percent cooked . I also saute nuts in the oil .
Later on I added boiled rice in the sweet soup and mixed well . Above side I spread nuts and put on dum for five minutes .
Final look
