Today we were creating visual content featuring iconic spots around the city, and we stopped by a plaza where they sell “raspaos”—shaved ice topped with dulce de leche, honey, lemon, and kolita flavors—which, if you come to my city, are a must-stop on the tourist route. They're a calorie bomb, but once a year, they won't hurt.
