Good afternoon, my dearest #Hive readers! Happy Thursday to everyone—I hope you’re all doing great and, of course, having an excellent week. Your friend Manuel here, very excited to bring you a new digital illustration that I finished yesterday to share on my blog. This time, I decided to dive back into the wonderful universe of my dear friends in the #Holozing community to portray the Forest Healer in a more adventurous light. I came up with the idea of illustrating her on a long journey in search of the creature Zappit, who was kidnapped from the forest by poachers who trade in them—so now her mission is to track them down and rescue Zappit from their clutches! >Muy buenas tardes mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras de #Hive, feliz jueves para todos, espero se encuentren full bien y que por supuesto estén teniendo una excelente semana. Por aquí los saluda su amigo Manuel, muy emocionado de traerles una nueva ilustración digital que terminé el día de ayer para compartir en mi blog. En esta oportunidad, decidí sumergirme de nuevo en el maravilloso universo de mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de #Holozing para retratar a la Sanadora del Bosque en una faceta más exploradora. Se me ocurrió ilustrarla en un largo viaje en búsqueda de la criatura Zappit, la cual fue raptada del bosque por cazadores furtivos que comercian con ellas, ¡siendo ahora su labor rastrearlos y rescatar a Zappit de sus manos!:

For the concept and character design, I wanted to capture the Forest Healer with a determined, serious, and vigilant expression as she pauses during her search. I drew her in an explorer outfit featuring her iconic green and yellow accents, along with the clover symbol on her chest and belt buckle. Her golden hair and intense gaze reflect her unwavering commitment to protect the forest creatures. >Para el concepto y diseño del personaje, quise capturar a la Sanadora del Bosque con una mirada decidida, seria y vigilante mientras hace una pausa en su búsqueda. La dibujé luciendo un traje de exploradora con sus característicos detalles en verde y amarillo, junto al símbolo del trébol en su pecho y en la hebilla de su cinturón. Su cabello dorado y su mirada firme reflejan su determinación por proteger a las criaturas del bosque.
For the details and rendering, I worked carefully on defining the folds and suit texture of her explorer outfit, shaping her athletic posture with smooth airbrushing. I rendered the metallic shine on her belt emblem, added subtle highlights to her facial features, and balanced the warm shading across her skin to convey the tension of her rescue mission. >Para los detalles y el renderizado, trabajé cuidadosamente en definir los pliegues y la textura del traje de su atuendo de exploradora, moldeando su postura atlética mediante un sombreado suave con aerógrafo. Rendericé el brillo metálico en el emblema de su cinturón, agregué finos reflejos en sus facciones y equilibré las sombras cálidas sobre su piel para transmitir la tensión de su misión de rescate.
For the magical elements, lighting, and environment, I set the scene outdoors next to a large tree trunk, bathed in the warm light of a brilliant golden sun in the background. The glowing sunset filters through the autumn canopy, casting intense yellow highlights along her shoulders and hair, creating a rich atmosphere that emphasizes her journey through distant lands. >Para los elementos mágicos, la iluminación y la ambientación, ubiqué la escena al aire libre junto al grueso tronco de un árbol, bañada por la cálida luz de un brillante sol dorado en el fondo. El resplandor del atardecer se filtra entre el follaje de tonos otoñales, proyectando intensos reflejos amarillos a lo largo de sus hombros y cabello, creando una atmósfera envolvente que enfatiza su travesía por tierras lejanas.
