Hoy paso a compartirles una más de mis creaciones hechas en el trabajo, se trata de una hermosa torta rellena de crema con fresas y con cobertura de nata y muchas fresas.
>Today I'm sharing another one of my creations from work; it's a beautiful cake filled with cream and strawberries, topped with whipped cream and lots of strawberries.
Este fue un pedido de la dueña de la panadería donde trabajo, la cual era para una celebración que tenia, esa decoración en específico fue la que quería y la hice lo más parecido posible a la foto que me envió de referencia y el resultado le gustó.
>This was a custom order from the owner of the bakery where I work. It was for a celebration she was having; she wanted that specific decoration, and I made it as close as possible to the reference photo she sent me. She liked the result.
Para mi siempre ha sido más difícil hacer coberturas con nata que con chantilly, pues, es más difícil de moldear y aún más de alisar pero aún así siento que me quedó bien y logré un buen resultado.
>For me, it has always been more difficult to make toppings with whipped cream than with chantilly cream, because it is more difficult to mold and even more so to smooth, but even so I feel that it turned out well and I achieved a good result.
